If the TPS is all the way clockwise, the upshift seems fine but it makes the downshifts more clunky and off, also the check engine light comes on after taking my foot off the accellerator pedal then turns off after i step on the pedal.
No matter how the TPS is rotated the Idle seems fine, it just appears to affect the transmissions shifting pattern.
Mine is currently positioned so all the shifts feel fine and the check engine light does not come on. Which may be somewhere around the middle of the adjustment range.
Drove from Sydney to Wollongong and back yesterday, all the shifts felt fine. I thought my clunky downshifts were from ATF overheating possibly, now im thinking maybe it was just incorrect TPS adjustment...
